The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process the following information:
• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details).
• Business information (for example accounts or payroll information that are required to complete a contractual service).

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You consent to providing us the information by completing one of our online forms, or you provide us information to provide a contractual service.

We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • HMRC or any other third party we will disclose to complete a contractual service.

We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you or providing you with contractual services.  

We will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purposes, subject to the following exceptions.

If we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or assets, your personal data may be transferred to a third party. Any new owner of our business may continue to use your personal data in the same way(s) that we have used it, as specified in this Privacy Policy.

In some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain personal data, which might include yours, if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  2. We have a contractual obligation.
  3. We have a legal obligation.
     

 

How we store your personal information  

Your information is securely stored. 

We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary considering the reason(s) for which it was first collected.

We keep your personal data for until your enquiry is dealt with or seven years. We will then dispose your information. 

 


Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 
  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 
  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.


You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
